Questions About an Order?

Shave Magazine is an independent review website. We do not sell or ship products, and we do not handle orders, payments, returns or warranties. When you click a link on our site and buy something, your order is with that store, and only that store can see or change it.

1. Find out which store you bought from

Check your order confirmation email or your bank or card statement. It shows the store’s name, for example The web, Walmart, eBay or Target. Then use that store’s own help pages below.

2. Track, return or get help with your order

The web

  • Your Orders (track a package or view an order)
  • Returns Center
  • Contact The web Customer Service

Many razors, brushes and trimmers on the web are sold by third-party sellers. You can contact the seller from your The web order details.

Walmart

  • Sign in at walmart.com and open Purchase History to track or return an order, or use the Help link at the bottom of any Walmart page.

eBay

On eBay, your order is with the individual seller. You can message the seller from your eBay purchase history.

Target

If you bought from another store or directly from a brand’s website, look for “Orders”, “Order status” or “Customer service” on that site, or reply to your order confirmation email.

3. Product questions and warranties

Questions about blade compatibility, charging and battery life, ingredients, fragrance or warranties are best answered by the manufacturer. Contact the brand through its official website, and have your receipt and the product’s model number ready.

4. Recalls and safety problems

To check whether a razor, trimmer, epilator or other product has been recalled, search the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recalls database. For shaving creams, aftershaves and other cosmetics, see the FDA’s recalls, market withdrawals and safety alerts. If a recalled product is yours, follow the instructions in the recall notice and contact the company named there.

If a shaving or skin care product gave you a rash, burn or other reaction, stop using it and see a doctor or dermatologist. You can also report the problem to the FDA through its cosmetic complaint page.

5. Still not sure where to go?

Send us a message with the form on our Contact page and tell us which product and article you came from. We can’t see, change or cancel orders, but we can tell you which store or brand to contact.
